By creating an account or using Ski Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Ski Lab for a team or brand, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
Ski Lab provides tools for ski inventory, test logging, performance analysis, team collaboration, sharing, and related services. Features may change, be limited by plan, or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Performance analytics and ski recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees of race performance, safety, or suitability for a particular athlete or condition.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, providing accurate information, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. One person must not use another person’s account without permission.
You retain ownership of the information you enter. You grant Ski Lab the limited rights needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content to provide the service.
You must have permission to upload images, team information, test results, and other content. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, malicious, or sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.
When you share information with a team or another user, you are responsible for choosing appropriate visibility and ensuring that the recipients should have access.
Team owners and moderators are responsible for managing members, roles, visibility, and team content. Brand-team staff may move skis between team members where the product provides that capability. Such actions can copy associated history and may be difficult to reverse, so verify the source and recipient before confirming.
Paid plans, pricing, trials, limits, renewal, cancellation, and invoices are shown at checkout or in the customer billing portal. Stripe processes payments. Cancelling a plan may restrict access to paid limits while preserving data according to the plan and our retention practices.
You may not abuse the service, circumvent plan limits or access controls, probe or attack the infrastructure, submit spam, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or use Ski Lab to make decisions where inaccurate data could create a risk of harm.
Ski Lab is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of expected performance, or data loss caused by misuse, inaccurate input, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using Ski Lab and delete your account from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address abuse, or comply with law. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
